Strategic review and feasibility study of Open Access models

NHS Wales e-Library and its Service Board (managed by Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW)) / Wales Higher Education Libraries Forum (WHELF) commissioned Research Consulting to conduct a strategic review of Open Access publishing models for health and care research in Wales. This report summarises the current context for OA publishing in WHELF organisations, including the pressure on finance in Higher Education, and the scale of WHELF publishing activity over the last ten years.
