Over the summer, three valued colleagues have moved on from their roles to begin new chapters in their careers, while a fourth will be leaving us very soon.
Tracey Stanley has left Cardiff University and has established herself as an independent consultant. Jenny McNally has taken up a new position as Library Collections Platform Manager at the University of Manchester. Nicky Atkins is moving on from her role as WHELF LMS Project Officer, and Alison Harding has retired from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David following a long and distinguished career in academic libraries.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to each of them for their hard work, commitment and invaluable contributions to WHELF over the years. Tracey and Alison also served as WHELF Chair in recent years, providing thoughtful leadership and guiding the Board through a period of significant uncertainty and change.
While we will greatly miss their presence, expertise and friendship, we wish Tracey, Alison, Jenny and Nicky every success and happiness in the future. We thank them for all they have contributed to WHELF.
