Gareth Owen, Programme Manager of the WHELF Shared LMS  and John Dalling, Senior Learning Resources Adviser at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David have an written article for Sconul Focus Issue 65. Steve Rose (Chair of the Editorial Team, Sconul Focus) states in his introduction that “the article… describes the context for the project, including drivers that have made collaboration successful, and some of the benefits already achieved and being planned”.
